The features of this system supports registration and learning implementation process efficiently and effectively. In this project, System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) is used as development framework which applies linear-sequential life cycle model. In order to establish the system analysis database requirement, MySQL and phpMyAdmin are employed. Bootstrap Studio and Brackets are also utilised as web interface design in HTML surroundings. Furthermore, Use Case Diagram is adopted as system analysis illustration to manage the flow of project. There are four main features developed which are Students’ Record, Administration, School Fees as well as Students’ Subject and Performance. The findings conceded significant acceptance and positive improvement in school registration process from clients of Maahad Tahfiz Al Khairiyah Mersing, Johor (MATAM) in web interface design, perceive ease of use, functionality, database and interactivity of the system usage. To sum up, this research yields benefit to end users and stake holders in the context of academic management. In future, e-Tahfiz will be applied not only in Johor state’s Tahfiz school yet generally in other Islamic schools in Malaysia.</p> Norhafizah Ismail, Mohd Helmy Abd Wahabb, Wan Nur Annisa Asnida Wan Mohammad Asric, Hareena Azmi Copyright (c) 2023 International Journal of Advanced Computer Systems and Software Engineering https://journal.scientiaca.org/index.php/ijacsse/article/view/32 Mon, 31 May 2021 00:00:00 -0500 SMART STREETLIGHT SYSTEM USING IOT PLATFORM https://journal.scientiaca.org/index.php/ijacsse/article/view/33 <p>Maintenance of broken streetlights is crucial to ensure safety and convenience among road users. Most of the broken streetlights were maintained by the authorities depending on the receipt complaints from users, especially in the village area. The analysis is required to improve the quality of existing street lighting maintenance services such as the development system that can detect and store data of broken streetlights. Therefore, this system is developed to detect broken streetlights using an Internet of Things (IoT) platform. The main objective of the development is to design a wireless notification system to check the status of streetlight. In this project, the Light Dependent Resistor (LDR) sensor reads light intensity values and transmit them to Node-RED applications using the Message Queuing Telemetry Transport (MQTT) protocol. The MQTT broker connects between the sensor and Node-RED applications using Wi-Fi. The Node-RED application becomes a programming tool for integrating hardware devices with database systems. A database system stores streetlight information such as identification number, streetlight location, and streetlight status. The system can be accessed through the login authentication system. To sum up, in future, utilisation of antenna of Wi-Fi needs to be considered to improve the coverage and strength of Wi-Fi signal.</p> Mohamad Faiz Md Jaminb, Mohd Helmy Abd Wahab, Norhafizah Ismail, Muhammad Mahadi Abdul Jamil Copyright (c) 2023 International Journal of Advanced Computer Systems and Software Engineering https://journal.scientiaca.org/index.php/ijacsse/article/view/33 Sat, 31 Jul 2021 00:00:00 -0500 THE EFFECT OF INTROJECTED PERCEIVED LOCUS OF CONTROL AND TRUST ON INTENTION TO USE ECOMMERCE APPLICATIONS https://journal.scientiaca.org/index.php/ijacsse/article/view/35 <p>The aim of research is to determining the impacts of introjected perceived locus of control and trust on intention to use. The primary data has been collected through a questionnaire. The collected data has been statistically analyzed using appropriate statistical test. we used various statistical methods for reliability and hypotheses test such as Cronbach’s alpha, multiple linear regression test. After analyzing the data and testing the hypotheses, the study revealed that introjected perceived locus of control have a significant statistical impact on the intention to adopt E-commerce Applications and explains (3.1%) of the variation in the independent variable. Also, the study revealed that trust have a significant statistical impact on the intention to adopt E-commerce Applications and explains (8.3%) of the variation in the independent variable. As Introjected perceived locus of control effect on Intention to use e-commerce applications, the people that use the application should advise to others to use the application. As trust affects the intention to use e- commerce, companies should consider improving services to keep users continues in the future.</p> Mohammed Aref, Naema B. In this era human translators are now replaced by translation software.&nbsp; Many students are using translation software for translating English texts into Arabic. However often these software Applications do not convey the real sense of the original text. It can be misleading several times. In this research an attempt is made to evaluate the reliability of different translation software while translating English into Arabic statements. The Machine translating is Compared with human Translation.</p> Murtaza M. J. Farooquea, Buthaina S.A. The drawbacks experienced by TiO2 is plausible to overcame by layering these two nano-semiconductor to amplify the photocatalytic efficiency and may increase the conductivity of the composite and homogenous, well spread particles and have high surface area morphology. The structural, morphological and optical properties of TiO2/ZnO bilayer thin film at 400, 500 and 600℃ annealing temperature have been observed. TiO2/ZnO bilayer thin film has been deposited on fluorine-doped tin oxide (FTO) substrate by using sol-gel spin coating technique with spin speed of 3000rpm. TiO2/ZnO &nbsp;bilayer thin film has been successfully fabricated on fluorine-doped tin oxide (FTO) substrate using sol-gel spin coating technique. In this research, annealing of FTO/ TiO2 layer thin film is set at 600℃. It is found in this study that 500℃ is the most suitable temperature to anneal TiO2/ZnO bilayer thin film to produce the best structural, morphological and optical properties.</p> Shazleen Ahmad Ramlia, Fariza Mohamad, Nurliyana Mohamad Arifin, Ashok Vajravelu Copyright (c) 2021 International Journal of Advanced Computer Systems and Software Engineering https://journal.scientiaca.org/index.php/ijacsse/article/view/38 Thu, 29 Apr 2021 00:00:00 -0500
